How we handle feedback
We read every review, the glowing ones and the critical ones. Good feedback tells us what to keep doing. Criticism tells us where to improve, and because every repair carries a 90-day warranty, a problem raised in a review is a problem we can still put right. If anything about your repair is not perfect, call 0467 748 433 or email us and we will sort it, then feel free to write whatever review reflects your experience. We never ask customers to change or remove what they have written.

Something is not right after my repair. Review first or contact you first?
Whatever you prefer, but contacting us first is usually faster for you. Your 90-day warranty covers parts and workmanship, so most post-repair issues are fixed quickly and at no cost. You are always free to review afterwards either way.
Do I need an account to leave a review?
Google reviews need a Google account and Facebook recommendations need a Facebook profile. If you have neither, you are welcome to email your feedback to info@trustedmobiletech.org and we will treat it with the same weight.
Do you pay for or incentivise reviews?
No. We simply ask happy customers to consider writing one. Every review reflects a real repair, buyback or refurbished device sale, which is exactly why they are worth reading.
