What should I do before selling my device?
Back up anything you want to keep, then sign out of iCloud and turn off Find My. That removes Activation Lock so the device can be legitimately resold. If you get stuck on any step, we can walk you through it when you arrive.
How do you work out the offer?
Model, storage size, cosmetic condition, battery health and current market prices for that device. Working devices in good condition earn the most, but a broken device still has value in its parts and its repair potential.
Do you really buy devices that do not turn on?
Yes. We are a repair workshop first, so dead devices are often revivable or valuable for parts. Bring it in or send us the details and we will make an offer on what is actually there, not just what powers up.
What happens to my device after you buy it?
Most devices are repaired, quality-checked and given a second life through our refurbished devices range. Devices beyond saving are stripped for parts that keep other repairs affordable.
